Anfrage zur dauerhaften Löschung deines BikeLinkPro-Kontos

⚠️ Achtung: Die Kontolöschung ist unwiderruflich. Alle deine Daten werden dauerhaft gelöscht und können nicht wiederhergestellt werden.

Dein Benutzerprofil und alle persönlichen Daten
Alle gespeicherten Motorräder und Wartungshistorien
Touren, Routen und Fahrtdaten
Punkte, Achievements und Titel
Community-Beiträge und Nachrichten
Alle Abonnement- und Kaufdaten

So löschst du dein Konto

Option 1 — Empfohlen

In der App löschen

Öffne die BikeLinkPro-App → Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen. Die Löschung erfolgt sofort.

Option 2 — Per E-Mail

Löschungsanfrage per E-Mail

Sende eine E-Mail an privacy@bikelinkpro.com mit dem Betreff „Kontolöschung" und deiner registrierten E-Mail-Adresse. Wir bearbeiten deine Anfrage innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Aufbewahrungsfristen

Nach der Löschung werden Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen vollständig aus unseren Systemen entfernt. Gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Aufbewahrungsfristen bleiben davon unberührt.

Delete Account

Request permanent deletion of your BikeLinkPro account

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What will be deleted?

Your user profile and all personal data
All saved motorcycles and maintenance histories
Tours, routes, and ride data
Points, achievements, and titles
Community posts and messages
All subscription and purchase data

How to delete your account

Option 1 — Recommended

Delete within the app

Open the BikeLinkPro app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Deletion request via email

Send an email to privacy@bikelinkpro.com with the subject "Account Deletion" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

Data retention

After deletion, data will be fully removed from our systems within 30 days. Legally required retention periods remain unaffected.
